Boy I tell you I hated last night at work! We haven't had an active night like that in ages. Pts. were being aggressive, and attention seeking on 2 different wards. And we were short staffed as it was. Some of the PM Staff had to stay over 30 mins onto the Night shift, which is next to very uncommon now-a-days. As soon as the first situation started to settle down, another attention seeking Pt. started acting up. And wouldn't you guess it. they were both female pts. So that makes me wonder. Are females more affected by the Full Moon than are males? What do you think?

( looks down at shredded clothes on floor and scratches on chest, hrmmmm) ;D- just in a goofy mood lately have been having funwith my promotion and stuff in general has been going good

That crazy biotch acted up again last night. Had to call an emergency. My coworker got buried beneath the pile, and felt like he was going to lose an arm in the rubble. I really dred going to work tonight. 3 rd night in a row that I'm "The Charge" on the ward. What happen to all of our quiet nights? I long for those nights! I can't wait till Mon & Tues, my day's off!

Alright Drac, not ALL women are that bad - are we? lol TT, I hope things calmed down some now, but honestly I was most likely considered to be part of the "full moon madness" myself, as while I was in the hospital I was wide awake on those nights and wanted to be out and about. But I know from my own experiences during my nursing years that it does really ring true about full moons and over active pt's nomatter what type of nursing or care facility you work in.

A feamle coworker raved about Knucked Up! she said it was a lot like 40 yr old Virgin. She's a sweet girl, but she admantly does not want to have any kids. Recently we had a 3 yr old on our Unit. He was a cute kid, coming from a bad home life. Everyone wanted to take him home with them. Well everyone but me and this female coworker. It doesn't matter how cute they are we know we don't want to be parents! And luckily for me, no women want to have sex with me either. Dang! That didn't come out right!

LOL, TT you always make me laugh, but right now that still hurts.
I'm definately going to have to see the movie, and it was written or directed by the same people who did 40 year old virgin.
