A coworker told me about a meal program for elderly, ill, or handicapped individuals who are on Title 19.
If you know of anyone who is on Title 19 they may be eligible for free meals that are paid for by Medicare.
Here's the website for the company that produces these High Quality Meals.
My coworker's Mother qualified for these meals, and they said the quality was superb. With generous portions, and crisp vegetables. The meals came with juice, salads, and desserts. They are vacuumed packed fresh, and are shipped in a refrigerated case and arrive via UPS in 2-3 days. ( The shipping cases can be reused as coolers, as can the refreeze able ice packets in the coolers ).
