had a vote -patio living cat - has been named oliver . looks like he is staying, so we need to find a cat sized dog house or something for winter comfort( at least i hope they plan to do this ) . they won't have him coming inside around the dog . even our cats from the farm living days could get inside the barn .... mocha is part whippet . so she is slender but she has the look of her chocolate lab side of the blood line .

I think that's just cats, we all consider them our pets, but in truth they know THEY are actually in charge but the table is still a No-No

possable 2nd dog at my pm job . one of the staff had a stray dog they resuced in last night . the desiding factors will be how well the 2 dogs get along & does he act nicely around the residents of the nursing home . he is a friendly little guy ( if a bit attention needy ) and very cute so i kind of hope he stays . he is on the thin side , i think whoever had him before us did not take as good care of him as they should have .

So did they end up letting him stay yet? I think the pets are one of the best things for people, it gives them something to think about and care for...it's a healthy remedy for geriatrics especially.
BTW, I thought I was going to have some pics to put up on the board of me out riding my horse, but apparently my hubby doesn't know how to work the camera. He said he took pics but when I went to upload them there weren't any...so I guess it's back to square 1 again. LOL
